LittleBigPlanet PS Vita has gone gold!

After many months of hard work and occasional Cake Fridays LBP PS Vita is now 100% complete!

All story levels are designed, made pretty and filled with bubbles for you to collect.
All tools work as intended – though we are sure you’ll find ways to make completely unexpected things with them – and thousands of pesky bugs were squashed.

In short, the stage is now set for you to play, create and share levels on the go to your heart’s content.

All that remains to be done is print the cartridges and send them off to the shops, so you can play the game once it is released on 19th September (or 25th September if you happen to live in North America).

Thank you all for being so patient with us! We are extremely excited about you getting your hands on LBP PS Vita.

But, as Colonel Flounder would say, this is merely the beginnings…

    Native-res, 4xMSAA, smooth-shadowed, crisp-textured portable LBP goodness!

Along with Double 11, thanks for properly showing off what PS Vita’s capable of early on in the lifecycle.

I was in the beta, and LOVED it… I reported 100’s of bugs I hope they were fixed… I look forward to a Sept. 25th release date… I REALLY CAN’T WAIT!!! This game was so much fun Beta testing… Honestly Tarsier should take over and make LBP games from now on.. You guys kick ass… Mm was awesome for creating LBP but now they are focused on Tear Away… I hope Tarsier makes LBP 3 a reality maybe on the PS4 as a Launch game..

I cannot wait the main reason I bought a Vita. The Wife and I love LBP, I travel a lot for work so I got her a Vita also so we can play LBP when I am in hotels. I hear this is the definitive version of LBP!!! Thanks guys for putting in all the work on this title.

Also can you tell me if the Pink Stars skin and blue hair with pig tails made it in those were stock items in LBP 1 and LBP 2? Those are the 2 main components my wife’s sackgirl are made from. She would be heart broken if they are not there.

I’m not happy about being the last in America fo get this title, Japan isn’t even a large LBP fanbase and as for Europe I don’t care, but US getting our own game dead last? >:(
Not cool, now with that said I’ve pre-ordered this almost 2 years ago, so it’s about time.

The LBP franchise is not american, it’s British! created by Media Molecule in guildford, England. Tarsier Studios are a Swedish company. You seem to have your facts confused.
